Great day visiting one of the beautiful beaches in Crete, Ellafonosi, beautiful crystal clear blue water, then off to a local winery where we had great wine & Raki sampling, last stop for the day was at Vouves to see the most ancient Olive Tree in the world, estimated to be between 3000 – 4000 years old. Great day, would highly recommended.

We had a wonderful trip with our driver and tour guide, Kostas! One of the biggest advantages was that it was a small-group excursion, which made the experience feel much more personal and relaxed.

We started with around 2–2.5 hours at Elafonisi, followed by a lovely lunch stop before heading to a honey tasting and wine tasting. On the way back, we also stopped to see a 4,000-year-old olive tree, which was an incredible sight.

It was a perfect day from start to finish. Everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, and made us feel very well taken care of. Highly recommended to everyone looking for a great day trip in Crete!

We had a great day with Costa. We started with a ride from Chania to Elafonisi beach. Its a beautiful panoramic beach. We went early to avoid the crowd. Next stop was to taste so.e local honeys and have a chance to buy some products. My favourite was going to the olive oil factory, where we learned how they harvested and prepared the oils. After, we were treated to a delicious tasting and opportunity to buy some product. After that, we stopped in a small town to have lunch on the beach and free time. Lastly, a quick trip to the oldest olive tree in the world, 9000 years!

From organizing the tour with Dimitra to hearing the great things about it from Rafael to Kostas driving and giving us a true local experience this was a wonderful day! My mom has a slight walking issue and the team went above and beyond to accommodate her. We had the best day

We did a lovely excursion with kostas our guide.
Frist we went to the beautiful elafonisi beach, afterwards a greek lunch in the countryside.
After That we went to a winery with tasting than to a honey and Olive factory and tasting
Beautiful trip and a helpfunctie guide Who explains us everyting.
It was a marvelous 8 hour tour.

We had a lovely trip with Kostas! First a trip to beautiful Elafonassi beach, then a delicious lunch to a local taverna, and afterwards honey and wine tasting and lastly seeing one of the oldest olive trees in the world! Kostas was very accomendating, letting us choose when to have lunch, arranging time to buy local honey, and he was both kind and knowledgeable. He is also a very excellent driver, I felt very safe with him even during the narrow mountain roads. I 100% reccomend both him and Elia tours!

We hade an absolutt fantastic day, with a trip to the most beautiful beach I’ve ever been to . A wery good lunch, a stopp to se the amazing old alive tree and wine tasting. We even godt to shop some lokal hunney, and not to forget the wine testing. We god to se and experience so much in a day, with a wery polite and supernice driver Kosta who has so much info to give us. And not to forget that we got so se so much of Chania in the same time.

A magnificent journey through mountain villages to the historic ancient olive trees then onto the incredible elafonisi beach, rounded off with wine tasting followed by a final stop for a delicious meal. We spent a wonderful 2 days with Kosta touring the Olive tree in Vouves and a few hours at Elafonisi Beach one day and on the second day he took us to some beautiful stops along the river walk and through quaint villages including a visit for olive oil tasting experience which was awesome! He then took us to Rethymno to let us explore this magical town and have a fabulous dinner. He later returned to pick us up and take us back to Chania – two days very well spent having all 12 of us in one vehicle without having to worry about driving. I have been coming to Greece for 15 years about 2to 3 times a year and am a seasoned traveller. Kosta was very knowledgeable and accommodating to all our wishes for both days. Would highly recommend Elia Tours. OPA!

We had a brilliant day out to the Apakoronas region, seeing an ancient fort, monastery, oil mill and folk museum, finishing at a large freshwater lake.
We really enjoyed the history and Costas was very friendly and informative of the area.
The oil factory was my favourite stop. The owners were so friendly, relaxed and told us so much about olives and the process to make oil.
For me, the lake was a disappointment, it was so crowded and the ‘beach’ areas weren’t what I was expecting. I ended up not going for my planned swim, but it was a great day out.

We had a big group and booked a tour through this company. It took us everywhere and our driver Kostas was great! We did the Apokoronas tour and it was very informative especially if you like history/culture.

We ended up being the only two in the mini van so we had in effect a private tour. The tour was very interesting showing us the lovely little villages of the area and the ancient city of Aptera. Our guide Costus was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the tour. There is an extra charge into some of the sights so bring cash as some places visited don’t accept cards.
